Regents Park House

This is probably one of the most unusual projects we have ever undertaken.  This ultra-contemporary house spans over 3 mews houses on a picturesque cobbled Mews close to Regents Park.

The slick modern door from the street gives away no secrets.  But upon entering the house, the space soars above you with a floating swimming pool that stretches the entire ground floor.

One can also dive from the master bedroom, on the first floor, into the swimming pool below.

Custom Gull wing windows open automatically to reveal the sky and stars –truly magical. Take a look at the luxurious bathroom design and decorations to see how we used bright colors and minimalistic style.

Custom fittings and state of the art technology make this project truly special.

Client testimonial

Park House is such an exciting project for Callender Howorth and really by far the most epic one we’ve ever done. It has taken us about a year and two months to complete it since there is been a lot of work done and a lot of specialists involved: builders running around, lighting people, decorators and many others. We are really pleased with the end result; everybody is over the moon with it as the house looks fantastic.

The whole house is suspended above three mews houses in Primrose Hill. It’s a very light, bright and airy space, where everybody feels calm. It has an indoor swimming pool that floats over a living room that you can dive into from your master bedroom. The roofs retract automatically to reveal the sky at night or in the daytime sunshine. On top of this, this house is incredibly intelligent with the latest smart home technology controlling everything, from the blinds to the pool control to security. We’ve spent a lot of time developing this with the specialists to create a James Bond-esque home. It’s a very unique, but absolutely spectacular house. It’s the most unusual project we’ve ever done.
